Exchange & Returns 

Change of mind 

If you change your mind about your purchase, rest assured we accept any return as long as the item is unused/ in new condition, including packaging, within 30 days. 

We do understand that shopping online is a very different experience compare to a visit to our stores where you can touch, try and feel all our products while our friendly team members are there to answer all your questions. That’s why we want you to shop online with the same confidence and offer 100% refund or 105% store credit if you return your online purchase via Australia Post. 

How we process your refund: 

For online orders and returns via mail only decide whether you prefer: 

  1. 100 % refund via your original payment method or
  2. 105% store credit which can be used in our stores and online 

Step 1: Send your query to: MS.Orders@msmerchandising.com.au or call us on +61- 422 836 866. We will advise further.

Step 2: Send the merchandise in its original condition including packaging and tags to:

          Keep a copy of you tracking number in case you need to track the item. 

Step 3: Once we have received the merchandise, we will check it and process the exchange or refund the purchasing amount to your original form of payment. 

Faulty or damaged merchandise

We always take great care and check each of our merchandise before sending it on the way to you. However, if you still receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us (see step 1) and we will guide you through on how to proceed from here.
