Australia Post delivers on business days only (not on weekends or public holidays).
Shipments will be left in a safe place if no one can sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. If there is no safe place to leave your delivery, a calling card will be left in your Mailbox and you can pick up your order from your local Australia Post outlet.
No responsibility will be taken for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like floods, strikes etc.
Australia Post guarantees Next business day delivery to around 80 % of Australian addresses. If you are outside the express network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links but won’t be able to guarantee next day delivery.
International Shipping Charges are automatically calculated during your checkout process. They are based on your specific delivery address and chosen service.
